Our ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System assures that our products always meet specification. AMC guarantees chemical analyses with state of the art optical omission spectrometers and Leco Determinators. We test for 23 elements, including nitrogen and oxygen. All materials are documented and traceability is always maintained.

1010 Washed Punchings

APPLICATION:

Our product can be used as cover, free flowing coolant and melting base for ductile iron and stainless steel.

FORM & SIZING:

Punchings 6" by down or 2” by down, sized to customer specifications, 1/8" minimum thickness.

PREPARATION:

    • Segregated according to grade, size, and density
    • Washing and drying process ensures material is free of all contamination
(Contaminants could comprise 5 to 10 percent of the weight of unprepared punchings. The customer pays only for usable material.)
